What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 is a digital service package designed for business use, which includes the familiar Office applications, intelligent cloud services, and advanced security. With the Office 365 Business service, you get everything you need: business email with your own domain name, personal OneDrive storage, the Microsoft Teams messaging application, great tools for creating text documents, presentations, and spreadsheets, and many other useful applications for business use. The Business Standard and Business Premium packages also include desktop versions of the Office applications.
How do I get started with Microsoft 365?
You can easily order the M365 service from Zoner. Order the licences through our website, Zoner creates the licences and the Microsoft customer account, and delivers the admin credentials by email. Domain verification, creating users, and setting up email routing can be done using our guides, or alternatively as separately charged hourly work by Zoner.
Can users be added afterwards?
Yes, by ordering new licences through our website and providing the email addresses for which the licences will be activated.
What is the difference between Office 365 and Microsoft 365?
Office 365 refers specifically to the Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Previously, Microsoft sold products under both the Office 365 and Microsoft 365 names. Today, all licences have been rebranded under a single name, meaning they are all now different Microsoft 365 packages.
What size of business is Microsoft 365 suitable for?
Microsoft 365 services are suitable for businesses of all sizes, as there are many different licence options available. If you work in an organisation of more than 300 people, we recommend an Enterprise licence.
