What does bandwidth mean?
Web hosting bandwidth (also called data transfer) refers to how much data can move between your website and your visitors per month. This amount is almost always limited. Bandwidth usage also includes the web hosting user’s own actions, such as FTP data transfers and email use, although page visitor traffic typically accounts for 99% of all bandwidth. Bandwidth usage is always site-specific, and it is especially difficult to estimate in advance for a new site. Fortunately, web hosting can always be upgraded easily to a larger package. If you are transferring web hosting from an old provider to us, you will likely be able to see your current bandwidth usage or at least the number of monthly visitors in your old statistics, which can be used to estimate your needs.
Can I use more than one website in the same web hosting package?
Yes, you can – it is possible to add several websites to one web hosting package. The exception is the Teho web hosting package, where use is limited to one website and its possible development version. You will likely need the Zoner Yritys package for this, which also includes several databases. Zoner web hosting is a safe choice. We always filter traffic arriving at our web hosting servers in advance and centrally block entities attempting mass logins.
